Elsa never really liked these formal events her council made her go to. More less since she is forced to wear a normal cape and not one out of ice. Baring her shoulders in a room filled with potential suitors would supposedly attract undesirables for the throne. Not like anyone would have caught her attention anyway. Elsa crossed her arms as she surveyed the ball room. Here eyes falling upon a particular knight. Well, everyone except her.
A thought came to Elsa. She strode her way towards Anna. The knight mingled with the guests and even politely turned down some who asked her to dance. Elsa decided to change that. After all, what kind of a Queen would Elsa be if she didn’t dance at least one song.
The moment Elsa was spotted, everyone around Anna, addressed her. Anna, as always, kneeled before her Queen. Elsa had only eyes for Anna.
“Lady Anna,” Elsa spoke with conviction. She held out her hand. “May I have this dance?” Gasps where heard by anyone within earshot.
Instead of taking Elsa’s hand, Anna turned it over and lightly pulled Elsa’s hand and laid a gentle kiss. Elsa turned slightly. A blush formed upon her cheeks. Anna smirked for a moment then looked directly at her Queen.
“You may.”
